Thank you for visiting The Charla Nash Trust Website, a website dedicated to assisting and supporting Charla Nash during her critical ordeal.   Charla became a chimp attack victim on February 16, 2009 when a domesticated 200 p0und male chimpanzee grievously mauled, blinded and partially dismembered her.   After countless surgeries and lengthy rehabilitation Charla has shown remarkable humanity and zest for life as she is “glad to be here.”  Please read Charla’s story and find out how you can get involved to help a fellow human being in a remarkable journey.
